If you only need to convert CD audio to MP3, you can do it with your windows media player (version 10 or higher). Change the preferences on ripping to MP3 (default is wma). Jetaudio and winamp new versions should be able to rip too..........
If you're using linux, use sound juicer, k3b or mencoder for the task.

1st download the file .. and then extract the file using Winrar.. then when it asks for the password.. insert the password!
