well i replaced my screen from toshiba and it cost me around 20k

If you didn't do anything to the screen then looks like some water got inside the LCD panel. Look at the image below, it shows a macbook with water damage. Looks like yours, doesn’t it? I don’t know how else to fix it other than to let it dry. Just turn it off and keep it for couple of days. Maybe you could try to take it apart, but if you don’t feel comfortable in opening up the laptop then first let it dry on its own.
