An academic Institution called IBS-Nugegoda (No; 156 / D, High Level Road, Nugegoda) and its 3 branches has continuously misled external management degree students of the country.
- Owner of IBS; Ajith Kumanayaka has not hold any valid degree or any professional qualification. But teaches Management subject at 1st year of external degree program. He has been in the Kalutara prison on the last year too.
- He has told everybody that, Prof. Sampath Amaratunga, Mrs. Kalyani at Business Admin department and Assistant Registrar at external degree division of University of Sri Jayewardenepura all have been gifted Rs, 50,000 /= per month as the return to their backup for IBS activities.
- IBS has not given proper time table and quality study materials for the students and they have been misled due to low monthly fees.
- Ajith Kumanayaka has misled all the external degree students at IBS, that he has been a Senior Lecturer at Jayewardenepura University. Especially the parents of the innocent students believe him.
- IBS publish and distribute leaflets and letters under the heading and seal of Senior Assistant Registrar of the University without any approval.
