Identify The Suicide Bomber!!

The man I suspect is given below.. He's staying bit apart from others. If he's a real marathon runner why does he stay wide of others?? Why is he not preparing for the whistle?? What do you guys think??

If you closely watch the video you can see that guy is trying to come forward when Mr. Jeyaraj crosses the road. But then he goes backwards and moves to his right (left in the screen) just before got marathon started. Then the camera moves to the right of the screen and blast takes place.

Weliweriya police which initially said that the attack was triggered by a suicide bomber, said while ago that a child marathon runner giving evidence to the police has said he had seen a parcel being thrown at Minister Fernandopulle by a person who came from the cemetery side.
