I can’t see why they have to suffer with all the money they have. You’re the one claiming that they are suffering - not me.
So you think their upper middle class income level can solve their problems ? I wonder what will they do when they have to use fuel on quota. Recently even private hospitals ran out of medicines. Even critical medicine required for surgeries. I wonder what will they do when they come across situations like this. Some People are already starting to realize nothing much they can do with their money when the country become defult. They have to face more and more important restrictions. Do you know for how long vehicle imports are restricted now ? The upper middle class will feel this more than the poor class. Poor guys go by bus and three wheeler. There are many other examples i can give. I'm just pointing out the important ones.
If it's a critical medicine they will probably get it down from another country or just go overseas for medication - Yes, if not money what can do this ?
I don't think the petrol quota has had any severe impact so far.
As for vehicles, there are plenty of second-hand vehicles in the market to go around.

2. I don’t know of such people. One of my uncles had to wait in a queue for 4 hours but his vehicle was diesel. That’s about it.
3. What you want is irrelevant. Sane people use vehicles for some years. True - you are deprived of buying a brand new car for the moment but if you had a relatively new car as of 2020 this wouldn’t be a problem.
