I'm really sorry that it took me so long to write this letter to you to explain the reason that I haven't return your camera.

To be frank with you, the care that I have given to the item which I brought from you was not acceptable as I accidently spilled water on the camera and the lens was damaged due to that. That was totally my fault and I clearly missed the responsibility of taking care of the goods which I borrowed.

I've already ordered a camera of the same model (Nikon D90) in order to replace the damaged camera. In order to solve traffic problems, governments should tax private car owners heavily and use the money to improve public transportation.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of such a solution?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own experience or knowledge.

It is argued that governments have to set extensive taxes on the individuals who own private vehicles and invest those taxes to enhance public transportation. This essay will firstly, address the benefits to entire society by improving the public transportation as one of the main advantages and secondly, discuss negative consequences which will be faced by the individuals who have fundamental requirement to use a private vehicle.

One of the principal advantages of an enhanced public transportation is each individual person can experience wider and efficient transportation services. Vast range of transportation mediums can be implemented such as metros, city busses, bullet trains and intercity bus services, which will allow people to choose according to requirements and personal preferences. Especially, the metros and city bus services will be the most appropriate traveling methods for commercial or industrial cities and, the requirements of private vehicles usages will be automatically avoided with the availability of such contemporary transportation mediums. This will be resulted to decrease the unbearable road traffics that can be commonly seen in many commercial cities around the world.

The key disadvantage of increasing the private car tax is the difficulty which will be faced by the individuals who have specific requirements to use private cars. People who subscribe with the services such as Uber and other part time transportation services to earn extra income will find it difficult to buy or maintain their own vehicle, due to increased taxes. People's interest to words such services will be rapidly decreased and as a result of that the retention of such services will be drastically reduced, which will not be a positive trend for an economy.

In conclusion, the advantages of the improved transportation, such as efficient commercial cities will overtake the disadvantages, such as usage of personal vehicle for part-time employment. In my opinion, investing the tax income of the private car owners to the growth of public transportation will eventually deliver key values to the society.
