well you have 3 option's

find a good tutor
or taking classes from acbt or British council is a good idea if you cant find a good tutor...

the only 2 difference is in this 2 places that for the speaking test in British council you'll be interviewed by a foreigner and also you will get head phones for your listening test..in acbt a local will do the speaking test and the listening test would be by classroom made speakers...class room is fully equipped with speakers up all u have to do is listen carefully not much difference hearing it from head phones or speakers...same thing but you have to be very focused...

i took a class for ielts in negombo and i got a band score of 6.0 (academic)
