Scored 97/120 for PTE iBT with about 10 days of preparation.
A friend of mine scored overall 7 for IELTS with like 2 months of preparation. Academic one though.

Yes. I did it within 3 weeks. Got 7,7,7,8(reading). Need to work hard and refer some guide videos from you tube. Also download and refer some written essays and letters and practice few. Best of luck.

This is very much do-able. I scored a average of 7.5 with little to no studying. All I had to do was practice some listening test through the internet. But the thing is I am avid reader. I read daily so fast reading was not an issue for me. However the trick is to read the question first and then skim and try to find the answers. That way you'll save time time.
