Hi Guys,

Im a Dissapointed worker who is wrking for a BPO company.Currently I`m very dissapointed in working here...

My advise for U is not to work in a BPO.

If Ur planning to go to Companies like...

Amba Research

WNS

Please dont wast time ur time in those companies....

Because...

1.You won`t get a good salary & u wont get a good increment or Bonus...compaired to other companies(Specially in WNS)

2.You won`t get exposure about the company...

3.The above point will lead to stuck in the same company forever...

Those who are not familiar with world BPO its Business porcess offshoring..
