Do u have the electronic circuit and ASM program,
BTW,if u have an SE phn those hav 2 thermal sensors one for phone and one for battery,so u can directly see temp from there,u can see this from a software like Myphone explorer or directly from phone,
to see on phone u've to add it to activity menu,i've done this with a patch to customize_updrade.xml with setoollite,

And Temp Sensor is Maxim/Dallas DS18B20
