Hi, I'm an undergraduate at UoW....If you are a software developer, (can be of different levels) could you participate in my industry survey?

My industry survey for my final year project, basically aims to capture data on what factors motivate software engineers, what factors impact the job design of software engineers as well as how the productivity of software engineers is influenced.
