well that no and 118 no are the emergency no given to us,they say call one of those nos in an emergency well i tried last night to both the nos for over 10 mins neither worked.thank god this was only a fight wut if there was a time bomb or something by the time the call gets through only there'll be left to say is "sir there was a bomb,i tried calling you for nearly 20 mins,now it's exploded pls send some medical assistance to this location,thank you"
