Of course the NMRA or any other medical entity will not promote Fakebook medicines. Sorry, I haven't got a clue on Incasol, but a quick search shows that it contains Garlic Extract: Vitamins C and E, Celery powder, Spirulina, Lycopene Extract, Green Tea Extract, Microcrystalline cellulose and Grape extract.
The link you posted mentions "Cinnamon extract" which seems to be untrue. Just don't waste money on unproven supplements. As once I wrote here all you get will be an expensive pee.
