Once MaRa invited them to invest in the Hambantota port, but the Indians neglected the idea, but the Chinese took the opportunity. If the Indians had invested in Hambantota Port and had created a train track connected with both countries, we could have been the next Singapore. Sadly, the opportunity was missed again.
