It worked but you cannot do it more than twice in a calendar year. All you have to do is fill online form at least 4 working days  before you departure date. Then they will send you a email with the visa. Print it and present it to the airline and immigration office at point of entry. No paper visa will stick on your passport. Only electronic visa, just like ETA in Sri Lanka. Its actually not on arrival because you cannot just hop in to a plane and visit. At least you have to wait 4-5 days to process. Only advantage is you don't need to visit any office.</p></blockquote><p></p>
