How did you record? Windows recorder?
Does it work with Skype or Zoom without this irritating noise?
Try reinstalling all the audio drivers first.

1) Previously i recorded test audio from Windows recorder then i used this site https://online-voice-recorder.com
2) Issue was found when i used Zoom and OBS Studio
3) Already did it

Thanks.. Let's go step by step.

Open Device Manager. (just type devmgmt.msc in the search box)
Then go to Sound Video & Game Controllers ---> Select Realtek High Definition audio
select Update
select browse my computer for software
select let me pick...
select (tick) show compatible hardware
Then from the list Select "High Definition Audio" (the native driver)
Click next and install Driver.

Test the system and let us know.

select let me pick...
select (tick) show compatible hardware
Then from the list Select "High Definition Audio" (the native driver)
Click next and install Driver.

Test the system and let us know.

Now switch back to the correct Realtek driver.

If you still have issues run the hardware trouble shooter..

Also forgot to ask you, Do you get the Dell Audio pop-up ?

If everything fails try a USB Mic or a webcam.

pop-up comes only if you use an external 3.5mm jack Microphone. Just check using a similar one or a USB webcam/Mic.
