Sure he’s a tyrant and a murderer…but maybe he could have been something else if he was nurtured and loved more from an early age. The dictator of Libya, Muammar Gaddafi designed this pretty cool car back in 2009.
Named the Saroukh el-Jamahiriya (Libyan Rocket), the car seats five, has a 230-hp V6. It’s been said that the reason he decided to get into auto design was because of the high number of traffic accidents. He wanted to create a more safe ride for his people.
