Sri Lankan Rifdhy Mohamed Riskhan has won first place in a Quran recital competition in Saudi Arabia. The 14 year old has overcome competition by Quran memorizes from 83 countries.Riskhan returned home this morning after winning the competition and was welcomed at the hometown by area people.
