ලංකාවේ Gov OL /AL කරලා Campus ගිහින් Degree එකක් අරන් out වෙද්දී අවූරුදු 25k වත් යනවා sure. International school ගිහින් London OL/AL කරලා private degree එකක් ගන්න පුළුවන් අවුරුදු 20/21 වෙද්දී.
Then when you go to do the Masters, anyone with a Deg. can apply for the master programs even in gov. campus.
Those who has gov campus degree (usually at age 26 or more) will be in same class with 21yr private degree holders. Both will be out with same academic level qualifications.

If you are in Gov. path, you will have to waste like 5years of your life.
