At one time they asked me to claim the warranty from BestBuy where I bought it and then BestBuy would ask to claim it from Lenovo. So this went back and forth and  I decided to keep the monitor which has a slight BL bleed.So the point of this thread is to identify proven means to claim warranties and associated brands.</blockquote>
