Paypal is a secure way of paying and receiving money in the internet. To pay money using paypal you need a paypal account and a money in that account or a credit card.

To receive money you just need the account. Anyone who has another paypal account can send money to that account.(To the best of my knoweledge.)

Internet is huge money source.
There have some cheating things also but you'll have to use your mind.
There have lot of way earn via internet.(ex:adsense,text-link-ads)

and you can buy items from internet also.
I got a phone nokia6555 and I search for micro usb data cable. I search it in petta but that cable was nt came to market yet. Then I went to Nokia Care - Col4.
What happen? They told they have cable but it's Rs.4000. so who will buy a data cable for Rs.4000. Then I came hme and searched on eBay. I found the original cable from uk seller just for Rs.654 then I ordered it. Last week I got it.

If you have a personal account, you can use this only to pay in the internet.

But if you have premier or bussiness accounts you can receive money.

I have both personal and premier accounts. But I have never received money to any of those accounts to be frank.

you are wrong, Nobody can receive money for a sri lankan account. If you have an indian account, you can receive money.
