No I don't think this is a minor issue. But if the government thinks the solution is to cut down the internet speed then we should really worry about our country and our race. It is quiet clear the government is taking "their" side and trying to make people quiet instead of going for a clear solution.

So if you are thinking slowing the internet down solves the problem, then you are badly mistaken my friend...
