    friends i was called for an interview from HSBC...should i wear a tie for the interview? what do u all think?

    it would be better. waring a clean, ironed suit which is well matching with the office environment and removing unwanted facial hair etc would give a better first impression. its important. all the best!

    For me it depends on the company depends on the job position and environment!

    Some companies are only concerned about your abilities and atitudes the dress code means very little or nothing to them! :lol:
