I got to admit that I'm not a very good uploader plus I'm certain that I must not have foggiest hopes of getting an invitation having a gross looking utorrent statistics.

But I was able to get an iptorrents account (from bugmenot ) with a sorry ratio of 0.209. I'm not even allowed to browse the site with it. Are there any ways I could get it working again? (other than donating) I'll seed honestly after avoiding the restrictions.

ohh i see hehe, and u mean u cant dl any torrent with this existing account of urz??
if can u can dl a torrent and mean while use GTorrent with a higher ratio value, so that yo ratio increases up

Machan use Freeleech torrents in IP if u want to raise up your ratio
You can go to brows page and
search torrents
using "freeleech" key word
You'll be encountered number of torrents and pick one of them as you desires

Hikz from our side answer is yes
But from their side answer is bit differ

They say those torrents not to be hit and run(just leech)
But its a gift from IP team whos struggling with ratio .
