iPhone HELP!!!!

Guys, i'm using iOS 5 on my iphone. There is a problem with the caller ID. When I receive a call or sms the number will be displayed instead of the name though I have those numbers in my Contacts.

Did any of you guys face this problem? Were you able solve it?

If any of you know how to fix this problem, please post it here.

Better wait for the update they have already released the beta version for developers so probabaly we ll get it by next couple of weeks. And also it ll fix the battery drain issue too.

Go to settings then general then ios update you can have updates without itunes now. And also they will be delta updates wich means you dont have to download the whole os again just the changes

iOS 5 update is out and its OTA. Go to settings Software update and check for updates. You can connect to a wifi or use your mobile data to download the update. its around 39MB

Battery drain was fixed on my ipad after the update but some ppl have reported it didnt fix it on iphones

You have to jailbreak iphone to do that. Its not a bug and they will not fix it. Its simply because iphone not supported in sri lanka officially.

If you have unlocked iphone 4 and ios 5 you can do a tethered or semi tethered jailbreak and install the caller ID fix from cydia.
Since you are with iphone 4s still there is no jailbreak method. Don't pay to websites who say they can. Its all fake.
