I think machan you are using an easy password or some one knows your password. like he has seen it or used some software to catch it when you type it.
or someoe has access to your email account may be.
So please change passwords of your emails and elakiri account too.
you can change password from User CP of elakiri.

scan your computer for spyware. may be some programs tracking your password and send it to that person. may be such software in your Uni or work computer.
