When a particular drone (even a steath one) is detected , its communication frequencies must be intercepted. once confirmed , that particular communication frequency has to be scrambled using noise cancelling technique. After that it's GPS feed also has to be intercepted following the same procedure and cancel it. After that Drone must be fed with modified GPS feed of a desired location for Drone's landing.
That is how Iranians managed to land the most sophisticated Drone of US forces in Iran with minimum scratches.
