to get the service we have to pay first
we found alot of guys who wiling to pay after site ranked but non of them do after site ranked
recently i do SEO for a site he says he will pay after 3 months
now i send him all the details and reports
2 keywords are now in top 10 mean first page
2 keywords that are not at top 100 pages now is in 2nd or 3rd page of google
now he is hiding and didnt pay atleast for one month
Very simple..Send him message,do u want get penalty form google..telling you will do negative SEO..sure he will pay

Dude don't waste your money on bullshit like this. SEO isn't something that you can achieve within a couple of days and I'm sure you already know this. All they probably do is create hundreds of backlinks to your website, which they probably provide to a thousand others.
SEO requires extensive research into your business and a comprehensive marketing strategy.
