k = kilo as in prefix that's equal to 10x10x10 (that's in US)
This doesn't apply in SL because of the nature of how we talk, as in when someone say 4500k means "Haaradahas Panseeye ewa ekak" or 4500 x 1 so that "ekak" in short becomes "k"!! Thus it comes as 4500 k
Were you born in US? Dont get me wrong but as a Sri Lanakan you should know how to adjust to what's used in here and what's used in US, right?

Anyway thanks for your explanation. People using Singlish in different way. I think misunderstood
I gotcha. 4500k means not 1000, it means hal Kayanna (haara dahas panseeyak
I was born in Sri Lanka and now residence in USA and I won'tforget Sinhala. Some time I'm having hard time to get in with new styles of Singlish.
Thanks
