This Reputation system is a total failure. See some poeple have more than 300, 400 reps and I must say this, some deserves it but that doesn't mean all of them It's more like a popularity contest

there can be rep campaigns also
if you watch carefully you will see there are some friend groups who got more reps by doing simple things than the other members
