Since you have publications there is a good chance for a foreign Phd scholarship. You need very good references from professors, not just I know him type. PhD is not like doing a master, you need to be highly motivated.Once you complete it, you can be a lecture at a university or a research scientist in a private sector (not in Sri Lanka). Talk to your professors and seniors who are already doing PhDs for advice.</blockquote>
