It's released, but not the public. Only to the corporate users. They are taking this time to actually make the discs. You can't ask normal people to download it from the internet. They have to give the full package with the product.

Vista was comepleted in November!!!! (except, Vista Ultimate, which doesn't have the Ultimate Extra's at the moment. But the OS is complete)

Yes, it has all the features. it's complete, but the extras aren't complete yet. I heard that the extras won't be released with Vista. It will be come as a Windows Update (not confirmed though)

Motion Desktop is the biggest of them all. It's an animated desktop, but nobody knows how it will look like! I hope it will be a usable one, because this wasn't tested with the public, so they don't have any feedback on it.
