Is RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) an E-Business Application? If yes can someone tell me the Business Model used?

Well as far as i know RFID is a technology used in places like super markets (not limited to it!)
Its acts just like a wireless bar code! So when u just put the items u buy to the cart the receiver will automatically identify what the item is and add them. So at last when u come 2 the cashier your bill is already being calculated!
And also RFID can be embedded in to identification tags. So no need swipe or anything. When your in the proper distance for instance...a door can open...your computer will automatically be turned on!!
Well thats what i know abt RFID...no idea about the E-business thingy!

Machang don't rely on wiki. It's simply useless :)

But the reference list in wiki is great machang.

In the bottom of every article, they mention the references ne. Those are great. Check them for RFID. I saw really cool sources there. (Like the above video)

Yeah correct!! wiki is NOT a scholarly source if you are finding information for research purpose, but its a great starting point which you can get an idea of what to search for in the Internet!!
