No body knows exactly... except Mr. Maharaja...

You can't decide whether they support LTTE by just looking at their reporting style. Maybe they do it just to get attention (marketing strategy) by doing something controversial. (And people know, these days controversial is the best way to get attention.)

Even this thread is solid evidence for that. Now people will watch Sirasa to see whether they support LTTE. and they will attracted to those seeni bola concepts like Super Star, Sirasa Kumariya etc. So they have achieved their objective.. thanks to people who thinks it supports LTTE

Most of the time what we 'feel' while wearing glasses is not quite 'true' machang.

That is our mentality. Why have you used CQ in your user name? are you a Cadet?

well... I was CSM for 3CC 2000-2001. And I know our mentality. It takes a while to see the truth machang.

For me I don't see it like that. But sometimes they use to make mistakes. But those do happen. From what i can see is this LTTE label for Sirasa is a Campain began by Wimal weerawansha Bcos he was under so much scrutiny from Sirasa those days and then later from Mervin. So to Give the attack back to Sirasa They pasted the LTTE label on Sirasa. So its that's simple. Look where ever mervin Go Sirasa is there. So he knows that he can only keep up the fight by Labeling them LTTE. But i must say that Sirasa does so much on their program Vimarshana to the People of this country. That's my idea.

    100% agreed...

I guess you are in Aussie machan...?

machan Media here in Sri Lanka is totally crap...

Private channels take people for a ride... true enough they are doing a business...
but being that they cannot break the rules...

the issue is machan Rupavahini and ITN are the kings of all jokes...
They are breaking the rules big time..... I feel ashamed that that Rupavahini
is our national television... I really feel sad when I watch Rupavahini...

when UNP is in power they do one thing and now its another thing.....
My problem is machan when will this country be a democratic country...

    1. I just cant believe this, as the President how can Mahinda and Co misuse
    state property like this..?????

    2. How can Ranil say that he can do well without Local Media??? how can he do politics without local media... ( just insane )

I dont think this country will ever develop if this bunch of jokers rule the country...no new leadership is coming up... It'll be the same for the next 50
    years too...

    This is just my point...

When there is NO strong opposition in a country, it is very common to see that behaviour.

If I or You become the president, we would do the same thing (Come-on.. we are all human right? We like to have a better life. And we like to see our family in higher positions too right?) unless there is someone who rejects what we do right?

And it is too late for the latter now. We have passed the red line of no return now (personally)
