Is SLT ADSL sharp down P2P traffic?

Today i sow great reduce in my P2P download speed after 12 o'clock. Are you face this type of problem. Acctually i can't download any files using P2P but network speed OK. I test it speednet and "Auditmypc" sites that sites show considerable speed. So what happen today. Before not happen this type of problem! Previouly i download morethan 40KBps in any time. I recive 2KBps max

Mata nam P2P Speed 2KBps. Normal Network speed according to the "Audit my PC" 442Kbps (55.25KBps)
