What if the junior members dnt get the rights to post new threads in elakiri talks..

ethakota tikakalak podi membersla EK gana danagaththen passe (in other words after converting to jonior members --> members) they get the permission..

meka hodai ne... ethakota spamming uth adu wennawa aniwa...

yes i too appreciate your idea....but machan when junior member does such a work we can excuse him saying that he/she didnt do it purposly and we couldnt excuse the old member doin such work and old members coming with fake id and acting as a new member too couldnt be excused

I will take action bro. But deleting them or banning them will not stop it coz this is a open forum. I am trying my best to show them their is no value making a fake IDs with new member ranking system. It will give simply no value to new members and you have to work hard to earn your position and get respect.
You will have to try hard to keep your position too.
So making sound with a new ID will be like just giving fun to others.

i sent a sms regarding this matter 2 ur mobile....
gt ayye changing the dress iz not a prob here.......arguementz are the problem......cuz the thread starter started it in that topic......then the arguement went on.....start saying.....u could remove the clothesz from home n come.....so no need to remove here according to islamic law we could do it islam sayz girls should cover their head and legs...and those 2 parts should be seen by the boyz...

For this additionally....well we know by Experience which Section is the most Suitable for the threads that we are going to make.but New members most of the time Start threads in the wrong Section.Well it's not a Big Deal...but if we are going to have a separate Section for the Debating purpuses..that would be a big deal bcoz we are gonna hide those things from the Front page...if Somebody Starts a thread like that in a wrong Section...then it may be displayed in the front page noecoz we r hiding certain sections right?

So...what can we do to avoid that...

Well My Idea..:-
we can send a message for the new commers(an automatic message)..it's something like a welcome Message .
in it we can add the Animated Bar that most of us use which says "Don't insult others, respect others,don't post in the wrong Section....etc"

Its like this bro. We can move the thread to the correct section and educate that new member.
Other than that i am planning to do some flash guide and photo guide about posting for new members. So they can understand the concept.

They will get it when they register and there will a special message displaying only to new members.

Its like this bro. Some are really good but new to elakiri. If we prevent them from posting that will a huge disadvantage for elakiri.
So i am trying my best to prevent spam and abuse with lot of new ways, other than stopping new members. Because when new ppl come they should find this as a nice place to stay and mix with.

den debete karala tamai wali wailla tyenne.........if u r opening a debate section there should be an administrator cuz mehe debates iwara wenne FIGHTZ walin so think b4 opening the debate section....and there is no use of arguing about the religion itz the shame for that religion and gt ayye in that thread u saw a guy scolding muslims...so would the other muslims bear it???itz obvious the answer would be no.....and ______ was sayin therez no proper mislim schoolz to study such as zahira so as a zahiraian wouldnt i start fight...since i know where the fight would end i didnt use unwanted words and make it long.........anyway muslim schoolz got scoled by ________

Since this is a really big community, its almost impossible to prevent such posts bro. Lets say someone posting a news and its something related to religions.
Then we can't ban him coz its a news. But ppl will fight each other. We can say ok don't insult each other or use bad words. But still its a fight. And you can't put a law or rule to ppl's minds. So its within humans. Humans like to be in groups. And compare each other.

Lets say you and me in same religion, race, social status etc.. but still surely we have atleast few differences. Due to that we like to be in different groups when we come to that differentiation. But all other time we might be in the same group. If you like an IT example just think why Facebook so popular? You cant find hot girls from it like Hi5 or whatever other open networks. facebook is a closed group network. So why people visit facebook? Its because they like to be in groups. They like to feel like family or separated special group from the public.

So my opinion is just banning them or deleting such threads will not end it. Everyday ppl will post and will get banned. So in my opinion we should create separate section for such discussions and it will not appear in the homepage so nothing to worry about. If you really wanna look you can visit that exact forum and debate. If not you can leave it. Its not gonna make problems to everyday elakiri and its members.

Anyway let me know better ideas? If anyone have i can implement them

well wat ur saying is true. but my point is this. i have talked to sum members who are not anymore active in EK but were active b 4. all these guys say there too much of hatred there in da group. ppl dont respect each other. no human values there. its lyk i had one of my friends join EK and two days later he says its a dirty place. all ppl are scolding each other. i was lyk WTF.

there shud b sum end to this ryt??
well one suggestion dat i wud giv to an admin of a community that is this big is to make moderators. have sum moderators. its true dat u cant alone handle 175000 members and 2 million posts but with a few help u can ryt?? we have member all around the world who come online almost at all da different times of da day. so lyk have sum members lyk dat who come online at different times and then giv them sum rights and tell them ok. u r responsible nw. sumthing goes wrong u get ur ass kicked. its lyk having prefects in skool. and of course if they go out of hand as an administrator u hav all the rights to take them off ne.

now that is a good idea.

not allowing new members to start threads but allow them to reply to threads.

c this kind of a thing is really good. it wud be better if there is a moderator or sumone appointed who will chk da persons posts when he reaches a certain amount. if he/she is not eligible then the account wont be passed. if the posts they hav put r good then the account will be nominated to the admin to upgrade his rank!
