Is this Airtel Mobile network ? see this image !!

While searching mobile networks on Friday, I found these networks in Colombo.
I think this should be the new mobile communication service provider in Sri Lanka, 'AIRTEL'.
But it does not provide it's service yet ( Maybe testing period ) .How about your area?
