well, it is a bit painful since they will prick you with pins.

it works but shal i tel him a gud method..i mean a method tht he could get a nice figure quickly i did it....take tablets from tht fat fast botel ..a tablet b4 every meal but u hav to go to a gym and do exercise too..anga ikmanata adu kara ganna puluwa...stil i didnt hav any side efects..bt tht is sumthng i treid and gt results...if u want try it..i thnk its nt ur frend who need the treat ment..i thnk its u...anyway if u r lieng its bad
