It says Philippines was able to save 611 MWh... which is abt 611,000,000 Watt hours...

Thats alot if you know how much energy is being saved from it..

you still didnt get it... how can you compare watt hours in an year to an hour in just one day... the idea of earth hour is to make people realize the value of energy being saved...even a little contribution will be useful, coz we are not in any luxury to waste resources in this world to begin with...understand that first!
