- SAP Knowledge is a MUST
- Hands on experience in Microsoft O365,AX Dynamics & MS Active Directory
- 3-5 Years Experience in MS Windows Troubleshooting & Server Troubleshooting
- Fair Knowledge in network protocols such as TCP/IP,HTTPs, UDP...etc.
- Knowledge in LAN/WAN/VPN technologies
- 1-2 Year experience in Network Troubleshooting
- Familiarity with remote support applications
- basic knowledge in network switches & Wireless AP's configurations
- Fluent in Both English & Sinhala
- Provide All users 1st & 2nd Level Technical Helpdesk Support
- Managing Entire IT Infrastructure
- Liaise 3rd party relationships with vendors, suppliers & Support Contractors
- Maintain IT Asset Management
- Manage the implementation of new in-house developed applications
- continuous Learning on emerging technologies & Completing training & ongoing development of your skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/HND/Professional Qualification in Information Technology.
- CCNA /MCSA /ITIL
