Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge in .Net framework, ASP .Net/ MVC and web application development.

Responsibilities Include:
• Design interpretation, coding, developer level testing, deployment and implementation of Software Solution & products
• Work with minimum supervision and carry out activities related to the project by making decisions
• Adherence to best practices in coding (code re-use, component re-use, conventions)
• Active involvement in knowledge sharing and organizational development
• Research orientation about the project domain and disseminating the same within the project team

The Ideal candidate should possess
• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science from a recognized University
• Minimum 2 + years of Software development experience with experience in Microsoft .Net application development, CRM and SQL Server development
• Certification in Microsoft technologies is a definite plus

Skills Required
· Strong understanding of Object Oriented Principles
· Source control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Visual Source Safe
· Ability to interpret design and software requirement documents and artifacts
· Design and extend the application architectures
· ASP. Net, MVC, C# .NET, XML, AJAX, WCF, Web services
· SQL Server 2008 with strong TSQL skills, SSIS and SSRS and DBA experience
· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0/ BizTalk 2009 or demonstrating ability to learn new technologies quickly
· Good understanding of Scribe an added advantage

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer – Dynamics CRM

The ideal candidate should possess an excellent knowledge in Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities
· Communications and client facing

· Ability to direct a team

· Ability to understand requirements and translate them into designs

Experience
· Minimum 3 + years of Software development experience with 1+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM application development

· Ability to direct and lead team

CRM Experience
· A good understanding of the core concepts, terminology and functionality that comes OOB including the Sales Pipeline, Queues, Mail Merge, Data Management.

· Strong knowledge on customizing CRM solutions including but not limited to Customization Concepts à (Forms, Views, Activities, Attributes), Workflows, Site Map, Custom Entities, Reporting

· Strong knowledge on extending CRM solutions including but not limited to Custom Plugins, Custom ISV solutions, using CrmService and the Metadataservice. Plugin Deployment

· A thorough understanding of the Security Concepts

· Experience with Microsoft CRM Outlook component is an added bonus.

· An understanding of Document Management using SharePoint.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science from a recognized University or similar qualification.

· Certification in Microsoft technologies is a definite plus
