Looking for a good all-rounder in IT, for day to day maintenance of network, WI-FI, Internet, email, server, Software systems (POS & ERP packages) etc. Should have a good knowledge and Proven experience.
Job Responsibilities
Attending to breakdowns and equipment servicing activities.
*Monitoring resource usage and reporting to the upper level.
*Maintaining procedures and necessary documentations.
*Provide first level support to end-users on POS and ERP systems
*Be available for off-hours support (Remote support)
Required Qualifications and skills
A strong knowledge in computer hardware & Network.
*Should be a fast learner.
*Team working and communication skills
*Knowledge of CCTV installation, Configuration &
Previous experience with POS/ERP systems will be considered as additional qualifications.
*Age below 30
