true that it is g.l peries who banned him. but not for the reason stated above. he was banned because of teaching jathika chinthanaya.

in 2006 or 2007 (as i remember) the court accepted prof nalin's appeal against the university of colombo and asked the university to pay a compensation for the injustice done to him.
