I don't realy know, why people still use java for web development.

Then what do you suggest?? PHP?? Dear buddy, there are lots of frameworks there to support java. I'm not saying that other languages are bad or cubs n stones. And it really depends on the perspective and the ability of the developer. Who cares about the language as long as it delivers the product which meets the requirements and cope at its best to deliver the "efficiency" ??
