Those last photos of Che show a similarity to pictures of Jesus; some people say this partly accounted for his popularity.
I admire Che and his activities. True, he worked for the better of the people but the routes he and Jesus took are different. Besides, as far as I know, Che didn't really believe in god.
Those who're religious and who do not like Che may feel this is insulting to Jesus. So I feel it's inappropriate to make comparisons.
But I do wish we talked more of people like Che. How very conveniently the authorities have omitted discussing about such historic figures in school curriculum?
