· Good knowledge of Cisco UCCE and CVP product line and technology
· Experience in Contact Centre applications (IVR, CTI etc.).
· Configuration of CiscoCVP Call Studio Script , Voice XML Gateway
· Experience -in -Design and development of new CVP Scripting
· Experience integrating Cisco CVP applications with WebServices, LDAP, and Payment Systems etc.
· Develop VXML and JAVA codes for Cisco UCC environment
· Develop, test and deploy IVR applications.
· Analyze the existing call flows and work on enhancing customers experience and self -service through the call journey.
· Knowledge and Experience with:
· CISCO IP -IVR Application Design, Development, and support
· CISCO CVP Solution Architecture and Integration Design
· Experience integrating Cisco CVP applications with WebServices, LDAP, and Payment Systems.
· Development experience in Java , JSP, J2EE, SQL, VXML, Web -services environment using Cisco CVP Call Studio.
· Knowledge in XML, XSL, XML Beans.
· Strong MS SQL Server and Informix integration experience.
· Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Struts and Web Services.
· Familiarity with test driven development.
· CISCO CVP Application Design and Development
· SQL Query Analyzer/RCD/TCD/Call Trace/Log Analysis
· Excellent technical documentation skills
· Excellent communication skills, including documentation.
