The items that we have ordered for our company, we did it for the
first time. but my supplier clearly told me, that items
are not Dangerous Cargo. but in return we have informed
them, they also said its not Dangerous Cargo.

Because of that problem that
they have informed we should
pay off an extra amount for that, by the way
We can't afford that extra amount of
Rs 125,000, so please cogitate
about that and give us some relieving method.
with this letter, I will include the letters and email copies that they sent us.

This is the first time we import these type of consignment and our supplier clearly mentioned that this does not belong to Dangerous cargo category. With regards to this we have contacted them again to clarify this and they have confirmed this does not belong to Dangerous cargo category. Due to this misunderstanding we have informed to pay an additional amount of Rs.125,000.00 and with current situation it is hard to finance. Therefore, we kindly request from you to readdress this issue and provide us a Concessionary method regarding this consignment. Also we have attached the supplier emails & other confirmation documents for your reference.
