At that price point my advice is to go with the cheapest frame (they are not from brands, but the quality is there and they are non-counterfeit as well) and spend money on entry-level Essilor lenses with all the basic coatings you need. That is the best way. But if you need a branded frame, you have to spend more for the frame. In that case you have to go with cheap Chinese lenses with cheap Chinese coatings. But whatever you do, do not buy counterfeit frames that are priced in between cheap frames and expensive branded frames.

Che is not a branded one. It is also not a counterfeit. Build quality-wise, it is excellent. The thing is, they are not as refined as branded ones, which are expensive. Even though the Che ones were the cheapest ones, they are much better than the counterfeit ones in the next price bracket. In terms of lenses, Essilor's entry-level ones are fine. Normally I go for Essilor entry-level lenses with photochromic (gets darker under the sunlight) and UV (ultraviolet) filters. That UV filter has AR (anti-reflective) properties as well. I don't go for the blue light filter because it is much more expensive than the UV filter, and also there is a slight yellowish color shift because it filters some of the blue color from visible light. And if I speak really technically, there are no proven facts about screen blue light and eye damage. Furthermore, the biggest blue light source we can see is the sun itself. So wearing blue light filters is not required. Most people buy it without knowing. But if you want it, just buy it. At the end of the day, what makes you happy is the one you should buy.
