They should aware of whats going in the company. My item was delayed due to mistakes happen at US branch but they didn't know it. Whenever i call they just say some lie and hang phone. CEO will always try to get profits and won't interact with customers. But anyway in my case, he talked to me and looked into the issue personally.</blockquote>
