Message: <blockquote data-quote="aruna1" data-source="post: 15675148" data-attributes="member: 95157">I got my refund today.here is the long story short.Last Wednesday or Tuesday I called kapruka and ask about my package status. and they said "Sir it has arrived Sri Lanka. and will be able to give you it by Friday or Saturday"then since it didn't arrive by Sunday, I called them again then they said, "Sir item is still in clearance process at customs, but will be available by Wednesday". then just to check I called them on Tuesday. and they said sir it will be available in next Friday. I was pissed, and I asked for a final delivery day, and the GIRL said, sir I need to check it with manager, I will call you before today 5.00pm.that call never arrived, then I called them today, as usual they didn't answer the phone, and then they placed handset away for sometime (phone line was busy every time I called) then I called hotline-sales, man at the sales said "sir please contact global shop". well I couldn't contact GS, because phone line was fucking busy.then suddenly I received a call from GS. It was the girl, and she said "Sir I called you yesterday but you did not answer. I got the email saying they issued the refund.so they asked sir if they deliver the goods within next to weeks would you interested in purchasing it.
